Cloud Home Keeper will notify you when your certificates are reaching their expiration dates, so you don't fall behind on all your important documents being valid and up to date.
We know keeping on top of all your duties as a landlord can keep you busy. Enter your tasks into the system and get reminders when you need them.
Manage your properties on your own or in a team? Cloud Home Keeper allows you to set up users with specific permissions depending on the persons roles & responsibilities.
Storing any files such as tenancy agreements & inventories can be done with a few clicks to keep all your management data all in one place.
Store and manage all your tenant details in one place. Keep track of lengths of tenancies and tenancy agreements against the tenant(s).
Record rent payments into the system to keep track of where all your tenants are up to on their payments. Be notified a couple days before rent is due to remind you to expect your rent.
You can keep notes on tenant contact records to remind you of agreements you've had with them, such as agreeing to allow pets, increase/decrease in rent, disputes at the end of a tenancy etc.
Cloud Home Keeper can be used to generate invoices against your properties and record payments. Once an invoice has been created you will have the option to download the document in a PDF format.
Have to pay maintenance for your properties? Track outgoings against your properties to stay on top of where your money is going. A end of year report can be generated to show the balance against each property for income and expenditure.
You can send emails straight from our system to it's destination with a few clicks attaching any invoices or reminders you may need.
Invoices can be exported out of Cloud Home Keeper and imported into Sage or Xero.
